Participation in in the SBSTTA-27 and SBI-8/J of the Convention on Biological Diversity held in Panama City

I am honored to take part for the first time in the 27th meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTA-27) and the meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Implementation focusing on Article 8(j) and related provisions (SBI-8/J) of the Convention on Biological Diversity held in Panama City.

It was also my great pleasure to meet delegates from the UK, Chile, Peru, Germany, Spain, and other countries during the meeting organized by the Fungi Foundation within SBSTTA27 in Panama. We had fruitful discussions aimed at advancing fungal conservation and its integration into the global biodiversity agenda, especially in light of the upcoming COP17 in Yerevan.
